Historical context
DMHS’s History Quilt says the Zenith Post Office opened October 25, 1906 with Ira R. Silvey as first postmaster. It remained near South 240th Street until later relocations.
Research note: A separate older DMHS page gives a conflicting post-office closure year; the revised page uses the History Quilt/timeline date only where closure is discussed.
